Building a Key Accounts Culture
Touchstone Energy Cooperative's “Building a Key Accounts Culture” course is offered at no charge to Basin Electric members. It is designed to educate employees about the importance and unique challenges in serving commercial and industrial accounts. This includes national chains, your largest loads, schools, hospitals, and other important community stakeholders. From member service to operations, field crews to accounting, everyone has a vital role to play in serving key accounts. This workshop can be presented up to three times per day to reach all staff and is customized to your cooperative.

Service Excellence: Back To Basics
Back To Basics focuses on the “Why” of the cooperative and the “Why” of Service Excellence. Cooperatives were formed to provide a service to communities that no one else would…safe, affordable, reliable electricity. That is our excuse as cooperative employees to make life better for the members that we serve. What is our individual role in providing that service?
Road to Member Engagement
Touchstone Energy Cooperative's “The Road to Member Engagement” course is offered at no charge to Basin Electric members. It is designed to educate co-op employees about the cooperative advantage and the power of the cooperative network. Using group activity, video, and discussion, this workshop will motivate employees to be champions for the co-ops in their communities. Delivered onsite at your cooperative, this workshop can be offered up to three times per day and customized for each audience.
